If you are a skilled sword-fighter with decent amounts of money, no. If not, the DLCs wight be the choice for you. I recommend the dog amiibo, giving you another fighter on your side, or the Daruk amiibo, giving you ore to sell.

In the the core games, no; Isabelle doesn't have a house in your town, nor does she leave Town Hall unless there are events that require her to stand outside. Outside of the core games, it is only technically possible in Happy Home Designer. Be aware that she is a special character, meaning you need a compatible Isabelle Amiibo card or figure before her request is unlocked.
What do the Amiibos do in Zelda: Breath of the Wild?
The amiibos can access different things. If you scan a link amiibo from any other game, you have a chance of getting the cap, tunic and/or trousers of whatever the game is from. If you scan the champions amiibos (Mipha, Daruk, Revali and Urbosa) you have a chance to get the four Divine Helms. And if you scan the super smash bros link, you can get link's legendary horse, Epona and if you scan Wolf Link with Minda, you get wolf link in the game.

Random Dude: Marth and Ike are from two separate games timelines: Marth is from the two original games only released in Japan and Shadow Dragon Remake. Ike is from Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn for GC and Nintendo Wii. They have never met each other canonically. The only times they can be seen together are in Fire Emblem Awakening (as DLC characters), Fire Emblem Fates (as Amiibo), and SSBB/Sm4sh.

The Nintendo Switch is the new console from Nintendo. It sounds like a really good mix between powerful home console and portable handheld system. We don't know everything about it yet (as of October 2016), because it isn't out until March 2017, but here are some things that we do know:The console uses cartridges and not discs. This is an interesting move by Nintendo, and there are good and bad things about this. I like cartridges better myself, because they don't seem to get scratched up or accidentally put in a movie case instead, but it is unfortunate that you won't be able to play the discs from older Nintendo consoles. On the other hand, we might be able to play all the older games that you bought digitally through the Nintendo store.The console has a dock that you can hook up to your TV. If there is compatibility with 3DS games (which has not been determined), or even if you can just download the new Sun or Moon onto it, that means that we can play a real main series Pokemon game on the big screen for the first time since XD. That is huge.Switch has different configurations depending on what you are doing. You can use the detachable controllers to make a two-handed controller, to use as one-handed controllers, or with the screen as a handheld.Switch will support Amiibo figures, which means games like LEGO Dimensions will likely work on it.
