If you mean general knowledge about a variety of anime and their content or anime terminology then i suggest you watch alot of anime or look at anime related sites. If you mean your drawing skills then i suggest you either purchase or borrow some 'how to draw manga' books. There are plenty out there however some of them are trash so i suggest you get a good one. Yes of course there is :) Wherever there's an extremely popular manga there the anime version of it. It comes in English [DUB] and English [SUB]. If your eyes can't follow along with the pictures I suggest watching the English [DUB] version. But..The English [SUB] is in better quality AND the voices of the anime characters actually sound like how I pictured they would. The anime series was stopped well before the manga was finished.
