A beadle is: a parish officer having various subordinate duties, as keepingorder during services, waiting on the rector, etc.

So there isn't an antonym for beadle unless you wanted to say something along the lines of a blasphemous or anarchist person... etc.

A possible antonym for "beadle" could be "layperson" or "congregation member" as a beadle is often a ceremonial or administrative officer within a church or similar institution, while a layperson is a non-professional member of a religious congregation.
