If you are 4 months pregnant, you should have other (and more obvious) signs. Your breasts should become tender to the touch (or even hurt a litle) by 2 1/2 to 3 months. There is always a chance of pregnancy so I would advise you to see a doctor. Your cramping could be something worse than pregnancy. Go to your local health department if you don't have your own doctor and get yourself checked for peace of mind, especially if your cramping is worsening.
