An autoresponse is an automatic response - such as would be used to send automated emails in the case of absence.

Where can you purchase a firing pin for a 22 LR Springfield Jr Model 50 single shot?

Numrich Gunparts Corp lists them as sold out. Bob's doesn't list one either and and e-mail I sent to Bob's came back with an autoresponse that they would contact me in 24 hours. That was months ago and still no contact. The only way I have found is to purchase another Model 50 (difficult to find) as a parts gun. I have one on the way with the factory firing pin. I'm probably going to have either my gunsmith or a metal shop make two or 3 additional pins for me. Be careful what you buy however, I've seen these guns with handmade pins using pieces of cotter key and even nails to make a firing pin.
