They are usually pointed. It will either be a blue point, which is when the feet, ears, tail, and face are 'blue', chocolate point, which is when they have chocolate color on the face, ears, tail, and legs, cream/flame point, which is when the colors can get close, like hot creams and light reds, or seal points, which is when they have seal brown color on the points. Seal brown is darker than chocolate. :)

Individual cat's temperment will vary, but overall himalayans do not have that much of a temper. My Himalayan is such a sweetie!
