There is no easy way. You have to catch *everything* she throws down (paintings, sculpture) or it adds to the total loss, which cannot exceed a million dollars (about 8 to 10 misses). But since she gets mad after every 4 that you save, you can use that time to turn the crank a couple of times to get the shady guy up to her.
Catch 4, turn the crank, then jump away when she throws the small bomb. You will probably have to catch at least 40 to 60 paintings before the platform is cranked up enough to reach her. If you play it safe, you might need longer.

While she is doing that quickly wind the latch thing to help the shady guy get to the black widow.
