The conflict is Man vs. Man as demontrated in Man vs. Society/the government, and Man vs. Self.
In my opinion, an example of a postindustrial society would be Japan. Japan's culture is predominantly based on technology. The society is fueled by information through the internet and manufacture of technological devices, as well as consumer information and service.
Society basically means a group of people. For example, a family, school, sport team, etc.
In the broadest sense it would be 'character description' as clothing would be considered part of the character. However if we are getting particular it would be: 'Character Description via accessories'.

Human nature versus society is like the heart versus the brain. The heart tends to do what it feels it should on impulse; human nature is acted upon no thought towards it, just happens the way it does, like a relflex. The brain will analyze the situation, generally considering all sides and aspects, and consequences; as does society, often judging and generating opinions and ideas to make any decisions.
Usually used as a term referring to books or movies individual versus society means the main character or characters is in contrast to the society set in the novel. For example in the novel Fahrenheit 451 Montag was the main character and he was against the society of bookburners in the novel. Books can have plots that are individual vs. society, individual vs. himself, man vs. man, or man vs. animal
An example of character versus society conflict is money vs. the Greasers. Another example is the police assuming the Greasers are guilty. Hope these helped! :)
