To reabsorb more sodium and some tme that can lead to an edema (oedema)
The kidney filters the blood, removing excess potassium and urea and expelling it out through the ureters and finally the urethra. The kidney's other main function is reabsorb water, glucose, amino acids, and salt. It regulates all those levels in the body.
The Kidneys are a pair of organs with several functions. They are part of the urinary system, they maintain acid base balance and regulation of blood pressure. They excrete wastes such as ammonium are reabsorb water, glucose and amino acids. They also produce hormones
The kidneys remove waste products from the body by filtering them from the blood. The kidneys' main function is as a homeostatic regulator. The kidneys help to maintain these equilibrium levels, mainly the cardiovascular components. For example, they regulate blood pressure and volume through the absorption of water from the blood.
It is the Kidneys that remove the waste products from the blood and filtration of the blood is done by the glomeruli of the kidneys.
make the urine more acidic while adding buffers to the blood
The kidneys are responsible for cleaning the blood in the body. The kidneys are severely affected by drinking alcohol for example because of this purpose.

I'm not sure about "adolesterone".If you are asking about 'aldosterone' well, that is a hormone which is secreted by the adrenal cortex in the adrenal gland.Aldosterone helps the body reabsorb soduim and water, and secrete potassium into the kidneys. This causes higher blood pressure, by increasing blood volume.
ADH is also known as antidiuretic hormone and it tells the kidneys to reabsorb more water from the filtrate so it produces less urine. The effect on the body is to retain water which will them raise the blood pressure.

Negative feedback usually regulates hormone concentrations in the blood.
The heart sends "used" blood to your lungs so that the blood can reabsorb oxygen there. There are no weasels in the lungs.
In general not much correlation at all except in the kidneys. The kidneys will filter out both sodium and glucose but then reabsorb it later on in the tubules. When they get reabsorbed they do so together. If there is more glucose than sodium, then some of that excess glucose will get excreted in the urine bringing the overall blood glucose level down to about 140 mg/dl. That situation is frequently associated with diabetes mellitus.
the kidneys clean it by removing the waste from the blood
When the blood goes to the Kidneys, you would feel a lot of pain. Normally, blood isn't supposed to enter the Kidneys.
