Poster printing at places like Kinko's or UPS allows you to take an image and blow it up to poster size. Then it can be printed off for about $5, depending on the size you want. Make sure your image is large enough to be formatted to that size, however.
It depends on the exact resolution of the image (check the properties) but probably not as you will get image blurring and pixellation.
If the lower half of the mirror is painted, the image will only be visible in the upper half of the mirror. The intensity of the image will remain the same in the visible portion of the mirror, but it will be absent in the painted lower half. The position of the image will not be affected, as it will still appear at the same distance behind the mirror as the object is in front of it.
If the print is pencil signed and numbered in the margin outside the image, it is most likely a serigraph. If there is a signature within the image AND a pencil signature, this is called a plate signed lithograph. If there is no pencil signed signature, it is most likely a poster. As a major dealer, LeRoy only signs serigraphs in pencil. Everything that is a poster is signed in pen or felt pen. Also a poster is smaller than the graphic. The poster is obviously 1 dimensional, and the serigraph looks like it has paint on the paper. In addition, the poster is an offset image of the original. So, you can see the actual brush strokes as in a photo. Whereas, the serigraph is reproduced by the printer and therefore, you will not see actual brush stroke marks.

The first thing to do for creating a campaign poster would be to come up with a slogan. Next, would be to decide what kind of image one would want to put on the campaign poster. Then, one could design the campaign poster in a program such as Photoshop.
Neither, Spawn was created by Todd McFarlane who had worked with marvel before forming his own company called IMAGE the character was created when he was still in high school but when he formed IMAGE Spawn was born and is pretty much the poster boy for IMAGE like Superman is for DC and Spiderman is for Marvel.
One solution to discovering who painted the picture on the profile image that Neil.stansfield.98 displayed would be to check the source of the image being used and tracing it back to the original owner. Also one can display the image on art history forums to yield faster results.
