The clock is set to your DS internal clock. If you change that, the time will adjust accordingly in the game. Go to your DS options on start up, and then date/time.

Well, I'm not completetely sure, but I'm almost positive that you Internal Clock broke. The Internal Clock is practically a battery. The game won't allow you to save if it is broken.I highly recommend asking someone that goes to college for this kind of stuff, though. Hope I helped!
