What is an online player on Toontown online?

I did some searching and this is what i found Player Friend are from DXD...

DXD is a system which allows you to be friend with a player, not with a toon that means if that player is logged on the DXD website, on Toontown (with all of his six toons !) or on any other game where DXD is present, you can chat with him.

DXD allows players to have an unlimited friend list.

The problem was :

1)You're not friend with toons' player so you can't teleport to their estates

2)It was impossible to talk in chat, only in whisper.
