Unertl is a Brand of scope founded by John Unertl. The scopes are known for their high quality and thus, high price. Any serious shooter values them. They are also known as one of the scopes the USMC used during and after the Viet Nam conflict as their Sniper scope. It became the main scope for the USMC Snipers in the 1970's.
