A slice of orange cut across the sections is called a slice or a round or orange. A slice cut along the membranes in the orange is called a wedge. If only the flesh of the orange remaines and the skin and the membranes have been removed, the wedges are called supremes.

They are called 'Segments' of orange, or like you said 'slices'. The slices are when you cut the orange across the center and they look like a sun burst with the division inside forming a star. Segments are the wedge shaped pieces when the orange is cut vertically down the middle parallel to the divisions. If you peel the orange and cut the wedges inbetween each division so there is only the orange flesh, those pieces are called supremes.
