According to wiki, quark was once called as the 'parton', a term coined by Richard Feynman. At present, the word 'parton' is used as a collective term for the constituents of hadrons.
"Quark" is an English word for a type of cream cheese.
I think you mean "quark" (used to classify hadrons)
A quark is a kind of subatomic particle, and 3 quarks makes up another subatomic particle (a baryon). A quark and an anti-quark make up another kind of sub-atomic particle, (a meson).
An antibottom quark (or b-bar quark) is the antiparticle of a bottom quark. It has the same mass as a bottom quark but opposite electric charge and other quantum numbers. When a bottom quark meets an antibottom quark, they can annihilate each other and produce energy.

What about a Quark? or if you allow slang, a quake.
I don't think so. The German word quark is a soft white cheese, which in Spanish is called "requesón". This cheese is crumbly - it falls apart. From a quick search, I have the impression that "queso blanco" is another kind of cheese.
