Anti-semetism is the hatred of Jews. Hitler took such an extreme to another extreme, blaming them for all of Germany's and his problems. The propoganda that the Nazis put out clearly shows that they considered Jews as a lesser creature, as a brutish, greedy, evil person who didn't deserve to be treated well, or even alive. Hitler dreamed of a world without Jews, and activley set out to make that dream a reality.
His view was that they weren't fit to be alive and therefore had to be killed, which is why he killed many disabled people.
