there is no bible :P
If you mean Atheists, no they do not have a bible.
No. Atheists do not have any kind of book that functions like the bible. They have no center authority, like the Pope does in Catholicisms. The only "guideline" atheists have is to not believe in a higher existence, or afterlife.
Atheists specifically are not mentioned in the Bible, but there are numerous verses condemning blasphemy, a crime of which an atheist would certainly be responsible, with death. See the Related Link with such quotes.

Bible or Holy Bible
The word text does not change its meaning just because it's in the Bible instead of another book. Text means the written words.
If you are referring to the Hebrew Bible, the text is not made from translations. Hebrew is the original language of the Bible. Translations of the Hebrew Bible are made by many people in many different ways.
Ye of little faith.AnswerFools. "The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." [Psalm 14:1]
A:This is less a question than a polemic against atheism. It suggests that it is somehow wrong for atheists to answer biblical preaching by quoting from the believer's own Bible. But Christians do use science in an attempt to disprove scientific theories that contradict the Bible; it is just that such attempts are so unsuccessful that they are generally not noticed. Most atheists have no objection to other people believing the Bible and going to church. It is only when they find themselves challenged for not sharing the Christian belief that they sometimes use the Bible to justify their unbelief.
