-Auto focus mode is one where the camera determines the sharpest focus, using sensors that are devoted to measuring the focus of the scene. In autofocus mode, the photographer doesn't have to do anything.
- With manual focus, you're going to use the palm of your left hand to cup the lens. Then use your left fingers to slightly twist the focus ring on the DSLR lens until the image is in sharp focus.
I have a 2009 Focus Titanium automatic and that does not come with cruise control. I think the manual version does though.

I have a 2000 Ford Focus it uses Mercon V. Mercon V is what I use in my 2000 Focus with a standard transmission. I have an Automatic 2000 Ford Focus station wagon and the owners manual suggests Mercon V.
It can be either automatic or manual depending on whether or not an optional Automatic transmissiion was installed.
