Yahweh is an Anglicanized transliteration of a guess of God's actual personal name. Since the name was spoken only by the High Priest in the Holy of Holies in the Temple in Jerusalem when he was alone, there is great speculation as to the name of God as written in the Scriptures as Yod, Hey, Vav, Heh. In the original Hebrew the vowels to words were left out. So only the consonants are written. Thus in German the yod became a "J" and so yahveh morphed into je-ho-va-h... jehovah. The name could be any combination of vowels with the written consonants. When the Temple was destroyed in 70CE and the sacrificial system with the priest class was no longer existant, the actual personal name became lost. The name Yah weh (or however it is pronounced) literally means ' I am' or "I am who I am" and it was the name that God gave to Moses on mount Sinai. Moses was commanded by God to lead the Israelites out of slavery in Egypt but Moses, who was on the run for (justifiably) killing an Egyptian, was reluctant to go back there. He also had a speech impedimant and was therefore reluctant to assume command. He therefore asked God for authority - "who shall I say has sent me to lead the Israelites?" asked Moses. God replied "I am. [Yah Weh] Tell them that I am has sent you". Thus the name of God 'I am' was sacred and never uttered nor was it written down. In the Hebrew Bible (the modern Old Testament) in place of 'I am' the Jewish writers used the word 'Adonai' which means 'Lord'. Therefore whenever you read the Old Testament, if you see the word LORD written in capitals (or usually a capital 'L' and small capital 'ORD') then this is the translation of 'Adonai' or the un-utterable 'I am - Yah Weh. Elohim says he is not a respecter of persons.However, He is a a respecter of the nation Israel. For Yahweh is Israel,he Created it ,fathered it and raised it.

And, it is the set apart Spirit of Yahweh that supporters Israel.

Did it ever occur to you that the Torah is the wriiten word of Truth concerning only that one people the sons of Israel. And that other nations are mentioned only if and as they came into contact with the sons of Israel. And here's a big shocker!-almost totally unrealized today by Religions-even by Judaism and not recorded by historians! The northern kingdom of Israel was never Jewish! The first place in the Torah find the Jews occurs is in II Kings chapter 16 and verse 6, fighting with the nation Israel!

Truly Israel is a mystery totally unknown by any religion-by Messiahianity-by even Judaism!

Israel is Yahweh and Israel is called after his namesake! The Spirit of Yahweh comes out only on Israel, the Kingdom of Yahweh.

To be a citizen of this kingdom you much obey its laws and have the Spirit in you! That Spirit is Yahshua the new man in us! It is indeed true that the nation Israel was Elohim 's chosen people. They were chosen for a special purpose preparatory to the ultimate establishment of the kingdom of Elohim !
