There is a lot more good properties of wind than actually bad ones.

Too strong wind is terrible for things not strong enough to withstand the force.

When you just ask about regular wind, this would imply not extreme winds.

The only thing I can think of that might be considered bad is that all winds cause corrosion/erosion to a certain degree. Corrosion/erosion can also be a good thing as it frees up minerals that are good for plants...

Certain diseases can also be spread by wind.

Humans may exploit windpatterns in chemical or other similar warfare, but this is not the fault of the wind.
