I do not know if there is a definition of balanced personality but for me what it seems it means if a personality that is balanced, that has a little bit of everything, almost like something perfect. But wait for more answers, I;m sure someone will give you a more complete one than mine. But I hope I helped in some way :)

this depends on whether you mean society's idea of balanced personality or not

society has different ideas on what people should be to what people actually are and society doesn't agree with certain emotions and human instincts

balance basically means that all the parts get along , that no part is over taking the other parts, ie the person is always angry rather than able to get angry at some things and not at others

they work together this way instead of the person being over come with anger, sexual urges, food addiction etc etc
