Young Bruce Wayne (batman) is walking home from a movie theater with his parents. Suddenly a mugger appears with a gun and trys to take Mrs. (Martha) Wayne's pearls. Then Mr. (Thomas) Wayne trys to protect them and the mugger shoots poor Bruce's parents. After that his trusted butler (and friend) Alfred Pennyworth becomes his legal guardian.
