many things are being done but most of all they are trying to get the animals back out into the wild and survive and breed on their own.
Nuthin hahahhaahah fags
The rare pygmy hippo is now down to around 3000 animals in the wild. Mainly threatened by habitat loss, measures are being taken to provide suitable habitat, but these ventures are often threatened by wars in the region.
About 40. Last I heard, there was only 12-16 left. but now there about 40. :) hoped i help.
nothing is being done to help
they induce feelings of cuteness in anyone who sees one, producing feelings of happiness or glee for a few minutes. They also dig their own burrows..so if you need a lot of burrows dug quickly i would suggest finding yourself a pack of pygmy rabbits to help you out. Oh and they are endangered in the U.S. But apparently no one cares.
nothing is being done
There is no subspecies called the pygmy raccoon. See this link.
There are 4 easy steps. 1. Buy a male and female Pygmy Rabbit 2. Mate them with each other. 3. ???? 4. Profit Pygmy Rabbits are just like all rabbits, they'll hump like crazy. In no time at all you'll be calling the exterminator to come and get rid of the infestation of Pygmy Rabbits you introduced into the wild around you area. They are probably not native to you locale, so they'll end up decimating your wildlife and vegetation. Have Fun, rabbit stew is delicious I'm told :)
