Bald eagles have ears. They help to fly faster and to hear pray.
The bald eagle was put on the Endangered Species List in 1967. They were endangered as a result of DDT pollution, as well as many years of hunting. DDT was banned in 1972, and the bald eagle was removed from the endangered species list in 1995. At that time, I was only one year old, so I never did anything to specifically help the bald eagle.
The feet of a bald eagle will be used in flight to grab onto prey as they swoop down on a target. They will tuck their feet otherwise when in flight.
the people from the zoo are helping the bald eagle by giving them food and shelter
I can't think of anyway an eagle would help humans directly. But, being a top predator in the food chain helps keep a balance in the populations of certain animals they would normally eat in the wild. Unfortunately the Bald Eagle and other top predators in the wild need our help tremendously more.
I don't think in anyway a bald eagle can be useful to humans. It may not be that useful but maybe if people always wanted to look at the beauty of it.
