What is best gun on modern warfare 2?

The Barrett 50 cal with stopping power and/or FMJ is the best because it is instant 1 hit kills and the 1887's or AA-12 as your secondary weapon so when you are in a bind you can pull out quick and ..... BOOM.. HEADSHOT!!!!

Ok. Best Weapons are:

PRIMARIES:

Assault (they are all decent, but these are the best):

• Famas
• TAR-21
• SCAR-H
• M16
• AK-47

SMG:

• UMP45
• P90

LMG:

• RPD
• AUG H-BAR

Sniper:

• Intervention
• Barrett .50 Cal.

SECONDARIES:

Machine Pistols:

• M93 Raffica
• G18 (best w/ akimbo)
• PP2000

Handguns:

• They're all pretty good, but since they are all 2-shots, the M9 is best because it has the highest ammo capacity.

Shotguns:

• SPAS-12
• M1014

Launchers:

• The only one I ever use is the RPG-7, but the AT4 and Javelin aren't bad. Also, you should make a class with a Stinger on it so you can shoot down enemy air support.

PERKS:

Perk 2 (red):

• Stopping Power
