Soma is also good but it is not allowed in some states.
Both of the above are not available in some countries so, paracetamol is ok too. (In the US, paracetamol is called acetaminophen, or Tylenol.)
Also available over the counter in the US is naproxen, an NSAID sold under many brand names including Aleve and Midol.

I'll assume we're talking about pain relievers, since the list of non-narcotic drugs would be rather large! Narcotic pain relievers are generally drugs which act on the Opium receptors in the brain. Non narcotic pain relievers act without affecting the Opium receptors. Over the Counter pain relievers such as Tylenol, Aspirin, Motrin, Advil, and Aleve are non-narcotic pain relievers. There are many other non-narcotic pain relievers on prescription as well. Most fall in the category of Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatories (NSAIDs), Naproxen, Relafen, Celebrex, Indomethacin, and Meloxicam are a few of these. There is also a non-narcotic pain reliever named Tramadol which is in it's own category.

It's also called naprozen sodium and the brand name of is is Naprosyn. It's definitely not an opiate but it can help relieve certain types of pain.
This combination medication is used to relieve moderate to severe pain. It contains an opioid (narcotic) pain reliever (hydrocodone) and a non-opioid pain reliever (acetaminophen).
