Although WikiAnswers and Answers.com used to be different sites, now they are part of the same site. Answers.com is the overall brand for two main sites and some other minor ones. The main sites that comprise Answers.com are WikiAnswers and ReferenceAnswers... so you can't really say which one is better since they are part of the same thing, and owned by the same company.
