It has a lot of vitamins that are good for your body. It has fewer calories than bananas. Remember to eat the skin too!..or you won't get all of its health benefits!

Bananas are full of potassium, which is good for your tendons; it has potassium. It also contains pyridoxine, also known as vitamin b6. It is said to help with constipation and diarrhea.

Overall, both fruits have their own Health benefits. It's up to you to decide which health benefits to get.
