A banana would mold faster in orange juice because it is more acidic than milk. Molds can grow over a pH range of 2-8.5 however molds tend to grow better at an acidic pH.

Oranges mold pretty fast, Bananas on the other hand just get old and brown =\ I can only say that based on having worked in a produce department and personal in home experience watching my bananas go bad but not get moldy really.
