Actually it depends! If you are using an action replay power saves, or even just an SD card, you can download power saves atwww.wiisave.com. But if you're talking about an actual action replay I don't think you can

first you choose your codes, then the action replay saves them on your ds (short term only) then you put the game back in to play the game :)
