You have to acquire Final Form and level up to at least level 2. To do this, go to The World That Never Was, run past Memory's Skyscraper, then exit the world at the Bridge of Despair. Then go the Olympus Coliseum. Challenge the Cerberus Cup (if you have it unlocked). Use Master form. If turn into Master form (yellow clothes), and not Final form (silver clothes), then go back to The World That Never Was and repeat the process. Do so until you get Final form.

once you get final form anti form is still there but theres a trick to getting anti form: what you must do is turn into valor, wisdom, and master form 4 times but dont use final form if u want to get anti on purpose or else you will have to use the other three forms again 4 times. hope this helps

Valor - You get this form after you get the new clothes at Yen Sid's Castle. You get here by going in the blue train in Twilight Town. Wisdom - You get this for after you complete Timeless River, which is a world in Disney Castle. Master - You get this form after you meet Mickey in Hollow Bastion. You will meet Mickey in Ansem's Study. Final - How to get this form: After the cutscene where Sora fights Roxas in The World that Never Was, go to the Olympus Colosseum and go into the Cerberus Cup. Use Master form while in the cup. If you don't get it after using Master form, try using Master form in the same cup until you do get it. After you get it leave the Cup and Final form will be in your Drive form list.

It is random, an easy way to get it is find the cup where you can use drives in the Olympus collesium. Once in, just use master form, if it doesn't turn into final, hit start then retry until you get it, takes about 4 retries I got it in The World that never was by going into Valor or Master form RIGHT beside a nobody. I got it first try that way (Do it after the Roxas Vs. Sora scene)
