Astronomy is SO better by far.
they don't both are very different
absolutely nothing. astronomy has to do with outer space and planets. While earthquakes would be geology
It depends a bit on your interests but in the majority of fields in geology computing and programming are extremely useful tools to know about. Even in planetology and cosmochemistry I would say it is better to have a good background in programming than in astronomy as you will learn about astronomy in your studies anyway. The teaching in programming in contrast is close to non-existent in most Geology curricula I am aware of.
astronomy, meterology and geology.
There is a branch of astronomy called planetary astronomy that takes geology and uses it to examine other planets, so yes rocks are studied in astronomy.

The study of nonliving matter is called inanimate or abiotic science. It involves examining the physical and chemical properties of nonliving substances and materials to better understand their composition, behavior, and interactions in natural systems. This field encompasses disciplines such as physics, chemistry, geology, and astronomy.
astronomy and oceanography: the moon drives the earth's tides, which is important for sea creatures astronomy and meteorology : the sun evaporates water which causes weather oceanography and geology : the water in the ocean erodes the land astronomy and geology : rocks from space hit the earth and shapes landscapes Geology and Meteorology : rain replenishes the land
