Grand Theft Auto 4 is better in terms of graphics and story. Saints Row 2 is better in terms of side missions,humor,and character. Play both since each of them have there own appeal to them. If your looking for a serious game then choose GTA4. If your looking for flat out fun and humor then SR2 is your game. Also GTA4 has that stupid cellphone (so does SR2 but no one calls to ask to go play darts)
