It all depends on what you drive. The bigger the subwoofer the bigger bigger and more distanced the sound waves will be. Ideally if you are in a car, 12s are the best because most likely the huge sound wave from a 15" would travel around you so you wouldn't hear it vey well. But if you have an SUV then 15s would be the best. It also depends on what you listen to. 10" subs are more for rock and pop. 12" subs are more for rap. 15" subs are also for rap.
