That depends on what you mean by better. There are many factors to take into account. Do you have plans to join the armed forces?
You cannot judge which is better as they both have separate roles. You can i suppose compare them in terms of training and discipline but it is more common to compare the armed forces of different nations

Every single person in the British Armed Forces does basic training. Learning how to be a solider. It is not however as long or strenuous as infantry training in the army. The RAF basic training for an airman lasts 9 weeks and is conducted at RAF Halton.
