Maturity and responsibility, in my opinion. Having those traits can lead to wealth and/or fame but not vice versa. Without them, even if you become famous and wealthy you could be too immature to keep or increase your wealth or really know how to manage your own life. Fame rarely lasts. Wealth (money) means little without really understanding what is important. Die young and be put in a fancy box with no one to miss you or live modestly and help the world with love in your life (AND get famous for helping those in need)? Flash doesn't last.
