Naturally it is found that protons within nucleus possess positive charge and electrons around the nucleus has negative charge. But the magnitude is the same. In an atom in general equal number of protons and electrons keep it as neutral one. If one or two electrons are removed then it becomes a positive ion. Same way if excess electrons stick on with neutral then it becomes a negative ion.
As ions flow then it is taken as flow of electric current. Conventionally only direction of positve is taken as current direction. But in case of a metal only loosely bound electrons would move from higher negative to lower negative potential. So electron flow is opposite to our conventional current flow.
Now space has electric and magnetic property as an inherent one. So as electric current flows then magnetism is produced around the current carrying conductor.
Beauty of nature:
When a charge is stationary then electric field is around it
As electric charge flows uniformly then magnetic field is produced along with moving electric field.
Now as electric charge moves with acceleration or deceleration then electro magnetic disturbance is produced in the space and it is named as electromagnetic waves
The relationship between electricity and magnetism was discovered by the scientist Michael Faraday in the 19th century.
The difference between electricity and magnetism is that you must be in the same frame of reference as the electric field to experience electricity, because all that magnetism is, is electricity moving relative to you.Although they are two different forms of energy, you can use magnetism to create electricity and you can use magnetism to create electricity.Electricity is the flow of energy or current through a metallic substance. Magnetism is the attraction of the metallic molecules in a solid or substance.
Electricity is the movement of electrons between atoms. Magnetism only exists around moving electrons.

Magnetism is the property of materials that respond at an atomic or subatomic level to an applied magnetic field.electricity mean flow of charge.
Electricity, magnetism and electricity are two aspects of a single force known as electromagnetism.
Electromagnestism. The definition of electromagnestism is the relationship between electircity and magnestism!
The relationship between electricity and magnetism is known as electromagnetism. This relationship was discovered by physicist James Clerk Maxwell in the 19th century. Essentially, when an electric current flows through a conductor, it creates a magnetic field around it. Similarly, a changing magnetic field can induce an electric current in a conductor. This connection between electricity and magnetism is fundamental to many technologies, such as electric motors, generators, and transformers.
