This was a theoretical question asked of Jesus.

(Matthew 22:23-33) 23 On that day Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came up to him and asked him: 24 "Teacher, Moses said, 'If any man dies without having children, his brother must take his wife in marriage and raise up offspring for his brother.' 25 Now there were seven brothers with us; and the first married and deceased, and, not having offspring, he left his wife for his brother. 26 It went the same way also with the second and the third, until through all seven. 27 Last of all the woman died. 28 Consequently, in the resurrection, to which of the seven will she be wife? For they all got her." 29 In reply Jesus said to them: "YOU are mistaken, because YOU know neither the Scriptures nor the power of God; 30 for in the resurrection neither do men marry nor are women given in marriage, but are as angels in heaven. 31 As regards the resurrection of the dead, did YOU not read what was spoken to YOU by God, saying, 32 'I am the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob'? He is the God, not of the dead, but of the living." 33 On hearing [that], the crowds were astounded at his teaching.

First you must understand what was occurring related to your question. Matthew chapter 22 defines the event which you speak of.

Start with Matthew 21:6

" And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying Hosanna to the Son of David, they were displeased."

Verse 21:23

"And when he was come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?"

Verse 21:45-46

"And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables they perceived that he spake of them. But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude because they took him for a prophet."

Verse 22:15

"Then went the Pharisees and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk"

First they will ask him a question about paying taxes ... Listen to his remarks. Next they will give the example you asked about, attempting to trap him in his speech so they can sentence him to death... Listen to what was said....

Verse 22:23

The same day came to him the Sadducees, which say that there is no resurrection, and asked him saying....

the Sadducees don't believe in life after death, they believe in Epicurean Philosophia doctrine which teaches there is no life after death

"Master, Moses said, if a man die, having no children, his borther shall marry his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother..." They go through this long definition of a woman who marries 7 brothers. And here is their entrapment question...

"Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven?"

Verse 22:29-32

" Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven. But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which twas spoken unto you by God saying ... I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living."

Verse 22:34

These fake priests of the temple, these so called wise men just don't understand who they are talking with, and they continue attempting to trap Christ... These are not priests of the house of Aaron...

But when the Pharisees had heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they were gathered together.... Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying.... Master, which is the great commandment in the law? (you all know there are 10 commandments as given to Moses)...

Now go, and Read how Christ answered them. Then read the question he asked these smartypants, so called learned of levitical law (lawyers), and see how well they did in answering Christ's question... Later Christ will identify this fakes for who they really are, you will find that written in the last verses of John chapter 8.

The 'woman' who married 'seven' times was an illustration the Sadducees gave Jesus, inquiring about the resurrection, not an actual account. (Matthew 22:23-33)

Were there any women in the Bible who were older than their husbands?

The custom in biblical times was for the woman to be younger - indeed perhaps as young as 12-14 years of age and the man more mature. There is no 'restriction' mentioned to prevent an older woman marrying a younger man. Consider the practice of brothers marrying their deceased brothers wife to raise an heir. If the eldest brother married an equivalent aged woman and died, his younger brother could have been younger than his brother's wife.
