I'm not really sure but I'll do my best... "Anata" means "You". "Subarashii" means "Wonderful/Great". "ni shite iru" might mean "in the end". and I think that "yūjin" is an English name pronounced/written in katakana so in English, it would be "Eugene". So I think that this statement means: "In the end, you were really wonderful/great Eugene."
