The Boss Mode on Tag Team Titans is unlocked when you defeat Brother Blood on the last level, AKA beating the game. The boss mode is where you go through the 3 boss levels again(Jinx, Gizmo, Mammoth; Titans East; Brother Blood), and see how much time it takes for you to beat them all. Once you finish, it will tell you how well you did, out of 4 stars.

In Tag Team Titans, Starfire doesn't fly. She can only delay in falling, which can be done by pressing and holding the up arrow. Beast Boy can fly though by turning into a bat. This can be done by jumping and pressing x. But beware, it will deplete your energy and fast.
