Some people like the taste or convenience of bottled water. Some do not trust public water no matter what the public officials say. Some use bottled water just because they got into the habit of doing so.
Pure water is just H20, there are no added minerals. When it is pure it tastes like rubber. Tap water and bottled water contain minerals which make the water taste nicer, even if it says 'pure' bottled water.
Dissolved ions in water help to "flavor" it, much like adding salt to fries makes them taste better. If you ever got to drink pure deionized water, you would see that it does not taste as pleasant as water with some amount of sodium.
Bottled water, like any other water, is still H20.

A faucet-mounted water filter can improve the taste and quality of your drinking water by removing impurities like chlorine, lead, and bacteria. It is convenient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly compared to bottled water.
just like tap water
usually bottled water does not have fluoride in it unless they advertise that it does (like nursery water or water specifically for kids they may add fluoride to those)
Beer on draft is beer that is served directly from a keg, typically through a tap system. It differs from bottled or canned beer in terms of taste and freshness because draft beer is often fresher and has a smoother taste due to being stored in a temperature-controlled environment and not being exposed to light or oxygen like bottled or canned beer.
