I'm assuming that you're referring to the fashion, according to your tags....a male interested in and/or wear the fashion, is called a "brolita". However, there are other sub-styles within the lolita aesthetic, which includes, Kadona, Dandy, and Oujii.

You also mentioned books and literature in your tags, and so, in graphic novels and Japanese animation, a boy lolita is called "lolita-shota" or "loli-shota". It has nothing to do with the fashion, but there is still the idea that he is young and innocent (non-promiscuous) - almost childlike, perhaps.

"Boy lolita" typically refers to a young boy who is characterized by a combination of childlike innocence and sexual allure. It is a controversial concept that blurs the line between childhood and adulthood, often portrayed in literature, art, or media. It is important to remember that any form of sexualization of children is inappropriate and morally wrong.
