It could be unusually shaped uterus but in many cases it is just random. The positions you recline in during pregnancy can affect it. Only about 3% of babies are breach at full-term. They can be re-positioned through an external version performed by a qualified doctor or through alternative methods such as the websters method in chiropractics or acupuncture
