Metadata for images can be found by opening Adobe Bridge from within Photoshop. You mean contact sheet or what? contact sheet you can make inside Photoshop and then print it or save as Photoshop PDF. Contact sheet you can also make from Bridge just go to OUTPUT panel. Another thing you can do is to stack images from Bridge and then zip them for emailing.
