routing between VLANs
RIP routing updates are sent every 30 seconds by default. In RIP version 1, they are sent as a broadcast. In RIP version 2, they are sent to a special multicast address.
Every 30 seconds by default in RIP version 1.
Routing was design to avoid broadcasting. It basically means that when you establish connection with remote computer you send messages only to the computer and nobody else. Broadcasting is opposite to routing, and it was design to explore networks around you. When you send a broadcast signal you send to everybody in the specified network.

aba/routing number
The routing number 00058545 is not a valid routing number for a bank. Routing numbers typically have 9 digits.
it is known as bee routing
it is dynamic routing.
Routing no 010040018 is the BPI's routing no or BRSTN.
Static routing is fixed, alternative routing is dynamic and therefore adaptive. If a primary route is fails, static routing will not adapt and routing is lost. However, alternative routing will dynamically change in order to maintain routing.
