This would be pretend bullying. It may seem like real bullying, but everyone is consenting to it in advance. This might be helpful in learning how to handle the real thing, just so long as everyone doesn't stay in the same roles.

What are the most effective way to warn people about bullying?

Bullying is a dangerous learned behaviour that can be unlearned. However, the most effective way is to get the police involved as soon as possible. Bullying is not only found on school play grounds, but also in the work place. Lawmakers are more and more aware of the existing danger that has led many to commit suicide. Having that in mind, we can no longer turn away our attention from such behaviour. We are all responsible when we witness such abuse to do our best to oppose such conduct. However, it is good to know that when someone bullies , he/she is probably eanger to throw you off balance emotionally. He/She is hoping that you will resort to extremes of anger or show terror. If you fly into a fit of rage or burst into tears and express hurt or fear, the bully is getting what he/she wants. So they may try to provoke the same reaction again and again. When your temper is out of control, you give the bully power over you, and you are likely to do things you will regret. Here is what the Bible teaches in the Book of Proverbs 25: 28 . " As a city broken through, without a wall, is a man who cannot control his temper. " Which means that a lack of mildness of temper is the result of insecurity, frustration and even desperation. So don't make ourselves vulnerable to act in improper ways. It is always better to walk away, when it is possible. Jesus was an example of mild-tempered, yet he displayed strength in standing firm for what is right. Read Matthew 21: 5; 23: 13-39 in the Bible. 1 Corinthians 2: 16 shows the importance of having the mind of Christ, which is the best reference. So to answer your question, which is: What are the most effective way to warn people about bullying? The fact that bullying is wide spread in our society, laws are now out there, in place to overcome the abuse, but parents still have a great role to play to protect their children, by training them early in life to be empathetic, which will help them from turning into bullies.
