This worked for me. I use categories and wanted to sort first by category and then by Task Subject. I have my view set to "to-do list" In Outlook 2010 Go to your task pane and then select in order: View Change View Manage View Modify Group by (this is where i set category to group by) ok Sort use drop down to select Subject. "OK" all the way out You should then see your task pane grouped by what ever you select - this is where mine is "category" and then each grouping should be alphabetized by task.

There are multiple websites that you may view a list of the ADA procedure codes. Depending on which category of codes you want to view depends on what website you would use.
You still can. When you are on a category page, look to the top left side of the page. There are links to toggle back and forth between answered and unanswered questions.
