I used to be a manager at Charter. I can say they are the worst dressed cable professionals, at least at the local levels, corporate looks ok. Visting offices usually finds the men in polo shirts and kahkis, which is supposed to be Fridays attire usually. On fridays its common to find women wearing flip flops and men in sneakers. I liked the lax code, but after working elsewhere it seems a bit much. Not taking pride in your appearance is usually a direct reflection on the company.
