∙ 14y agoChina white has lived through many nicknames. Recently, it is the name for phentanol (I can't spell medical terms). Phentanol or how ever its spelled is very potent. Medically it is most often used in patches that release the drug slowly. Sadly, it is often mixed with heroin, in a dealer's attempt to make the drug stronger. The problem is china white is clear when put into a spoon with heroin. Heroin, when mixed with water, turns brown; most addicts know, the browner the mixture, the more potent. Many don't realize that phentanol is also included, making the drug stronger despite the color. This has caused many deaths.
