It depends the chemical and physical properties of the raw materials. Beneficiation Equipment can be divided into Flotation Machine, High-frequency Screen, Hydrocyclone, Magnetic Separation Machine, Spiral Classifier.

Flotation machine are mainly used in mineral ore dressing plants, selecting the valuable mine from gangue. It is applicable for the separation of numerous of mineral ores, such as fluorite and talc, gold ore, copper ore, iron ore and zinc ore and so on.

Gravity separation:

Gravity concentration can be defined as the process by which particles of different sizes, shapes, and densities are separated from each other by the force of gravity or the centrifugal force. Gold ore uses this method. The main equipment includes Shaking Table, Jig, and Spiral Chute.

Magnetic separation:

This method is very suitable to separate magnetic minerals, such as magnetite ore. Its equipment is Magnetic Separator.

Flotation separation:

This method is used to separate minerals that can be processed with gravity and magnetic separation machines. Most of minerals, especially the low grade and complicated ores need to use this method. The main equipment is Flotation Machine.

Finally, I want to say that if you want to use this beneficiation machines, you have to crush, grind, and even wash ores first. That's because this machines have certain feeding size.
